At CONSENSUS our core belief is IMPOSSIBLE IS POSSIBLE. Our beliefs stem from a firm idea, that nothing is impossible. This belief is integrated from top to bottom in our organization and it’s the business mantra that we live by every day.
Besides our belief, the fundamental business culture at CONSENSUS are based upon RESULTS and RELATIONSHIPS. Results as in the impact we have on our clients and their meetings, and Relationships as in our approach to building lasting relationships with both clients and our team.

The three Amigos
At the heart of if all, CONSENSUS is led by The Three Musketeers – Kasper, Emil and David. Collectively they bring more then 40 years’ experience in boosting participant engagement and experience through the roof.
Kasper Svaneborg
Partner and Co-founder
Kasper manages the daily business and looks for new market trends. He is also responsible for supporting, creating and implementing business strategies to enhance the position and integrity of Consensus.
Emil Oustrup
Partner and Head of Project Development
For the past 10 years Emil has spent his professional life helping our clients increase the value of bringing people together.
Emil leads our team of engagement experts and works as an advisor on our larger projects and clients. Emil also assists and oversees our fantastic meeting consultants, software developers and project teams in delivering outstanding and unique services.
David James Thomas
Partner and Creative Director
David leads our team’s innovative technologies and has pioneered many solutions. David won the Danish MPI Awards for an Interactive Wall, the Best Augmented Reality Technology at Technology Awards 2017, and the Digital Initiative category at MM+M Awards 2020. These inventions have now integrated our engagement solutions to a wider audience globally.
